Included :

- Service  charges( electricity, water)

- bed linen( beds made before your arrival), washing linen, table cloth and kitchen clothes.

Not included: end of stay cleaning to be done by yourself. Could be done by the owner at the rate of 30 €.

In the case of more than one week reservation, there is a discount of 10% on the following weeks.

The reservations during the very high and high seasons have to be done on a weekly basis. Concerning the other seasons, it is possible to book on a daily basis. The rates are:

- 2 nights: 55% of the weekly price of the season.

- 3 nights: 66% of the weekly price of the season.

- 4 nights: 75% of the weekly price of the season.

Deposit

A 150 € deposit will be asked you in the arrival in the accomodation.

Booking and payment

The reservation will be confirmed after receipt of a 20% payment on account. The balance will be requested at the beginning of the stay.
